Bonnie's Limoges web siteis open for your shopping pleasure seven days a week, 24 hours per day! Messages left or orders placed outside of normal business hours will be responded to promptly on the following business day. We stock the boxes on our site.
Should a box be temporarily sold out it will be labeled OUT or will indicate "temporarily out of stock" (under the picture where the order button would normally be visible). We promptly reorder boxes when out of stock.
Boxes that are out, and no longer able to be reordered because they are retired or discontinued are labeled SOLD OUT. We will remove these boxes from the website as soon as possible.
To order a Limoges box, just click the ORDER button under your selection. You will immediately be linked to an easy-to-complete form that will generate an email order to us. For your security, please do not send your credit card information through email. You can call us toll free, fax your credit card information, or request that we call you for your payment information during hours that you indicate as most convenient for you.
We will ship your box immediately following payment (except for checks which must first clear). The information you provide us is never shared with a third party, and your privacy is respected and carefully protected at all times.

Payment Methods —
We accept the following payments for US orders: : Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Money Orders, and cashier's checks, and personal cdhecks (may be held for up to ten days to clear before shipping).
For international purchases we accept Master Card, Visa, Paypal, or international money orders in US funds.
For payment by credot card you may call toll free at (888) 415-7975. Your credit card information is entered through and transmitted directly to your bank using the same type of terminal used when you charge an item in a store, and does not involve your information being transmitted online.
We will need the following when speaking with you to complete the charge for your order:
--Type of card (Visa or Master Card only)
--Credit Card number as it appears on your
--CVC code (last 3 digits on back of card except for American Express which uses 4 digit code on front of card)
--Complete billing address where the statement for this card is sent
--Complete "ship to" address if different than billing address.
