We do not currently stock this item, but we are happy to special order it for you from Rochard. Special orders are charged a deposit of 10% of the item price at the time of the order. The remaining amount will be charged when we ship your box to you.

We are an authorized Rochard dealer. Rochard works closely with us to fill our customers' orders quickly. Please allow approximately ten business days from the date of your order to the date we ship your box to you. During holiday periods, and when needed for a specific date, more advance time is advised. After we receive your order from Rochard we will inspect it, complete the remainder of your payment, and ship your box right out to you on the same or next business day.

We absorb the cost of having your item shipped to us from Rochard, except for rush orders that require upgraded shipping. When we ship your order to you, our standard shipping charges apply.

Rochard maintains very good inventory, and most often special order boxes are in stock. Should a requested box be temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the expected availability date, and you will have the option of canceling the order before any charge is made.

The 10% deposit is non-refundable should you change your mind after the order has been placed. If a special order box is returned, a 10% restocking fee, equal to your deposit, plus shipping charges will be retained from the amount refunded to you.
